Lemon Run

With competitive 5K (Jr. Grand Prix) and 10K (Grand Prix) races, and 1K Family Fun Run, we’ve got something for everyone. It’s a perfect event for competitive runners and first-timers alike. We’ll have great prizes and goodies from local businesses, fabulous food, and fun family-friendly activities! Come join the Goleta Education Foundation and support our schools, families, and community in the Good Land.

Early bib pick-up will be on Saturday, 9/20 from 11 am-2 pm at Deckers Brand Showcase located at 6601 Hollister Avenue. Late registration and packet pick-up will be on Sunday 9/21 beginning at 7 am. Registration closes promptly 15 minutes before each race.

Route Maps: 

• 10K map (begins at 8:00AM) – 10K Winner Prizes announced at 9AM

• 5K map (begins at 9:30AM) – 5K Winner Prizes announced at 10AM

• 1K map (begins at 10:30AM)

Participants will begin as a rolling start for each event. This course will wind the 5K and 10K runners through the many trails and picturesque scenery around Lake Los Carneros, while the 1K will take place in front of the historic Stow House. Strollers are allowed for the 1K Family Fun Run and families are welcome to run together. See registration information for differences in pricing for Adults and Kids.

Parking & Transportation: Parking will be at the Stow House and in the lot adjacent to Stow House. There are limited parking spaces at Stow House (65) and the Anthem Church parking lot next door (125) – please arrive early! The Stow lot closes at 8:00am. These green transportation options are strongly encouraged:

1. Ride your bike – Bike Valet with Move SB will be there this year.

2. Carpool with family and friends from your neighborhood – additional carpool parking is available at Deckers Brand Showcase located at 6601 Hollister Avenue.

3. Drop-off area & valet is available in front of the Train Depot in the Stow House parking lot.

Overflow parking is available at the Los Carneros Business Center parking lot (6465 Calle Real). Participants may also park on the street and in the residential areas along the preserve on Covington Way and La Patera Lane. No parking is allowed on Los Carneros Road.
